Login and password

Use your email and password (or other sign-in options shown on the login page) to access Get Label, Orders, and account settings.

Sign in

  1. Open nitromule.com → Log in.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Complete any email verification or multi-factor prompts your account requires.
  4. You land in the workspace (Get Label / Orders) or the page you were sent to.

Forgot password

  1. On the login page, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter the account email and submit.
  3. Open the reset link from your inbox (check spam).
  4. Set a new password and sign in again.
Note

If you do not receive the email, confirm the address, wait a few minutes, and try again. Contact support if the account still cannot reset.

Security tips

  • Use a unique password (or a passkey / MFA if enabled under Authentication settings)
  • Do not share admin credentials — invite users instead when your plan allows
  • Sign out on shared computers
