Void a label or download it again

Need another PDF? Use Download Label. Need to cancel unused postage? Use Void. There is no separate “Reprint” button.

Download a label again

1. Open Orders.
2. Select the labeled order (filter Shipments or search by order number / tracking).
3. On the toolbar, select Download Label (or Download Labels if several are selected).
4. Print the PDF at 100% scale. Match Settings → Printing → Labels → Label format (for example 4 × 6 in PDF).

You can also open the order and use Labels & tracking in the order details.

Void an unused label

1. Confirm the package was never given to the carrier and the label was never scanned.
2. In Orders, select the order.
3. Select Void on the toolbar.
4. Confirm. Status moves toward Voided / Voided/Refunded as applicable.
5. If you still need to ship, fix the address or package, then Create Label again.

Recreate

Recreate on the orders toolbar starts a new label flow for selected orders. Prefer Void first when the old label must not be used.

Refunds

Postage credits after a successful void follow Refund a label and Account → Billing.
