Return and round-trip labels

Returns send a package back to you. Round-trip covers outbound and return together. Choose dashboard tools when you place the order; choose portals when the customer should self-serve.

Dashboard returns

1. Open the original outbound order / shipment when the product offers return label.
2. Confirm the return-to address (your warehouse).
3. Enter the customer ship-from and package details.
4. Get rates and buy the return label.
5. Send the PDF to the customer (or include it in the box).

Customer self-serve

Use portals when customers should pay or generate labels themselves:

• Return label checkout
• Round-trip checkout
• Forms with labels for RMA-style intake

Tips

• Match packaging to what actually ships back
• Staff the return dock for the carriers you enable
• Void unused return labels the same way as outbound — void and download
