Bulk tools and CSV imports speed busy ship days. Clean addresses and weights before you buy postage in batch.

Bulk from the orders dashboard

1. Open Orders and filter to Incomplete.
2. Select multiple orders (similar packaging helps).
3. Run bulk rate / purchase when your plan offers it.
4. Review failures row by row (bad address, missing weight).
5. Print labels; keep order numbers matched to cartons.
6. Void mistakes quickly — void and download.

CSV import

1. Download the template from CSV import or CSV for any store.
2. Fill required columns: recipient, address, weight, dimensions.
3. Upload and map fields.
4. Fix validation errors before buying labels.
5. Process the new Incomplete orders normally.

Tips

• Test with a 3-row CSV before a large upload
• Prefer live store sync (Woo/eBay) when the order already exists there
• Do not CSV-import duplicates of orders that already synced
