Address book and packages

Use the address book for people and places you ship to or from often. Use Settings → Packages for reusable box sizes — not a separate “presets” screen named that way.

Addresses

1. Open Address book → Addresses.
2. Select Add address.
3. Save contacts you reuse as Ship To.
4. For origins, use Set default → Ship From — Ship From guide.

Packages

1. Open Settings → Packages.
2. Create named boxes with dimensions and weight.
3. Pick them on Get Label instead of retyping inches every time.
4. For customer portals, assign which packages the portal may use — Portal packages.

Hygiene

• Keep apartment/suite numbers on multi-unit addresses.
• Delete stale contacts that cause mis-ships.
• Re-run address checks when a buyer moves — Address validation.
