Set your Ship From address

Your default Ship From is the origin Nitromule uses for Get rates and labels. Wrong defaults are a common reason rates look “off.”

Add an address

  1. Open Address book → Addresses (/addresses).
  2. Select Add address.
  3. Enter name/company, street, city, state, ZIP, phone, and country.
  4. Save.

Add one address per warehouse or pickup location you ship from.

Set the default Ship From

  1. On the address you ship from most, open Set default.
  2. Choose Ship From.
  3. Optionally set Billing as the default billing address for account records.

Badges Default ship from / Default billing appear on the address card when set.

Override on a shipment

On Get Label or an order label flow, change the Ship From field for that shipment if the package leaves a different location, then select Get rates again.
