Which stores can I connect?

WooCommerce and eBay today, plus CSV import for other channels. Additional marketplaces may appear as they ship — check stores.

Why are my store orders Incomplete?

Imported orders stay Incomplete until you buy a label in Nitromule. That is the fulfill queue. See orders dashboard.

Tracking did not update on WooCommerce or eBay

Confirm you bought the label from the imported order, not a standalone Get Label shipment. Then sync again. See one-off vs order labels, WooCommerce, and eBay.

WooCommerce Test Connection fails

Re-copy all four credentials, use HTTPS, set permalinks to anything but Plain, and allowlist /wp-json/. Full guide: troubleshoot WooCommerce.

eBay orders are missing

Confirm the order is paid / awaiting shipment, reconnect OAuth if needed, and Sync. See troubleshoot eBay sync.

Should I use CSV if I already connected Woo?

Usually no — sync is better for tracking. Use CSV for channels without a connector or one-off backlogs (CSV for any store).
