Schedule a carrier pickup

Pickup is chosen on the shipment itself. Creating a label does not schedule a driver unless you select a pickup option under Dropoff or Pickup.

Where it lives

On Get Label (or while creating a label from an order), open the Options step. Find Dropoff or Pickup.

Options look like:

• Schedule pickup with UPS (or USPS / FedEx when that carrier is selected)
• Dropoff at … for carrier drop-off locations

Steps

1. Complete Shipping and Packages, then select Get rates.
2. Select a service with Select service, then continue to options/checkout as prompted.
3. Under Dropoff or Pickup, choose Schedule pickup with … for your carrier.
4. In the Schedule Pickup modal, set Pickup Date, Preferred Pickup Location, and optional Special Instructions.
5. Finish checkout with Place Order (or complete the order label flow).
6. When pickup is set, the order status can show Pickup Scheduled instead of only Shipment Ready.

Afterward

• Have packages labeled and ready at the ship-from location on the pickup date.
• Admins can use Cancel Pickup on the orders toolbar when a pickup must be cancelled.
• If you chose drop-off instead, take the labeled packages to the carrier location yourself.

If pickup is not offered

The Dropoff or Pickup control only lists schedule options the selected carrier/service supports for that shipment. Switch service or use drop-off.
