On this page
Orders is where imported store and CSV work waits until you create labels. Use the sidebar filters and the toolbar actions — not a separate “reports” screen — for day-to-day fulfill.
Open Orders
Workspace nav → Orders (/orders).
Sidebar filters (real labels)
| Filter | Use for |
|---|---|
| All Orders | Everything |
| Incomplete | Needs a label (main queue) |
| Paid / Processing / Submitted | In-progress payment or processing states |
| Shipments | Labeled work |
| Delivered | Delivered |
| Voided / Failed / Refunded / Voided/Refunded | Do not ship / settled exceptions |
After a successful label, status shows Shipment Ready (or Pickup Scheduled if you scheduled pickup).

Where volume metrics live
Spend and shipment charts are under Analytics — Shipping Analytics, not inside the Incomplete queue.
