Shipping Analytics

Analytics summarizes what you spent on shipping and how many labels you created. It is not the Incomplete fulfill queue — use Orders for that.

Open Analytics

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open Analytics in the workspace nav (/analytics).

What you see

Panel Meaning
Total shipping costs Sum of shipping spend in the selected range
Total shipments Labels created (click through to Orders)
Avg. cost per label / per order Averages for the range
Coupon savings Discounts attributed in analytics
Incomplete Count of Incomplete orders
Saved vs retail Estimated savings vs retail (see note in-app if partial)
Total payments / Total shipments charts Spend and label volume over time
Service / ranked breakdowns Which services you used most

Use the range selector in the page header to change the date window (including all-time).

Export CSV

When the activity / order table is shown, export order rows to CSV from the Analytics UI for finance reconciliation. Compare platform postage to Account → Billing → Transactions if you need payment-level detail.

Tips that matter

  • Voided labels and refunds can change how spend appears — void first, then re-check Analytics after processing.
  • Bring-your-own carrier accounts may not look the same as Nitromule-billed postage in Billing.
  • Retail savings comparisons only include orders on or after the date shown in the in-app callout when data is partial.
