How do I buy a label?

Enter ship-from, ship-to, weight, and dimensions, get rates, pick a service, then create and print. For store orders, buy from the imported order so tracking can sync.

How do I reprint a label without buying again?

Open the labeled order or shipment and download/reprint the PDF. Do not purchase a second label for a copy. See void and download.

Can I void a label after the carrier scanned it?

Usually no. Void unused labels before handoff. After a scan, work with the carrier. See refund a label.

Why did purchase fail with payment required?

Platform rates need a Billing payment method on file. Add a card and retry. BYOA purchases follow your carrier account rules instead. See billing.

What paper size should I use?

Match label settings — typically 4×6 thermal or 8.5×11 letter — and print at 100% scale. See printing troubleshooting.
